Get rid of the [international] link
I was confused when I saw two alternative links to download a file: the normal file download link and an [international] link next to it. I read what the purpose of the [international] link was, but was still confused because the file I was going to download didn't have any non-Latin characters anyway. Just to prove the point, I downloaded the file through both the normal link and the [international] link. Unsurprisingly, the file names were the same. Create a way to set a time delay for files to upload.
Create a way to set a time delay for files to upload. I would like to set files to begin upload in the middle of the night when it won't slow up things like streaming Net Flix, etc... Thanks!

We have just such an app planned. In the mean time, you can use our personal file sending webpage using Safari on iOS to send photos and videos from your camera roll on iPhone or iPad.

Increase the number of recipents for your paying subscribers
While I appreciate your efforts to stop spamming but your competitors do not have this kind of restriction and it makes your service far less useful. I would like to be able to send my Board members the meeting papers all zipped up in one sending but I am not going to do this one by one. Surely allowing 10 or 12 recipients is not going to result in spamming. Quite honestly I am starting to look at other options because of this limitation.

Create a Thunderbird FileLink provider

I normally use SendThisFile, have done for ages, but the convenience of Thunderbird integration for YouSendIt just got me to create an account there. I probably won't even think about which service I'm using in the future, I'll just attach the files to an email and then hit the "Link" button. You might not get many feature requests for this, but if you see your traffic suddenly dropping off, you'll know why =)

allow people to SEND folders
right now, if i select a foldeer, it opens it and does not allow me to send the folder. I am working with a high maintenance customer who insists that the folder be sent as one unit and not zipped, and he refuses to take advantage of the new folder feature. Please build sending folders into your site! He is a subscriber to your site, so this is the only option he's giving me. So, the fact that this is not an option is frustrating!

E-mail notification when there's an IE error
When someone tries uploading a file, and it doesn't upload due to an IE error, an e-mail should be sent to the recipient notifying him or her of the failed upload. The sender also should be fully informed of the error. Otherwise the sender thinks it was successfully uploaded while the recipient has no idea anything happened.

Outlook plugin - file extension trigger
Sending Outlook e-mail attachment via SendThisFile not just when the file size triggers it but also when the configured file type ( extension ) is being sent. Many coporate e-mail scanners are deleting various attachments from the files.

Generate thumbnails of the uploaded files
It would be a great time saver if there was an option to display a thumbnail image of any compatible file formats that were uploaded.

Provide download links to individual files
When someone uploads multiple files to you and you want to forward just one or some of them to someone else, currently it's a clumsy process to select those files and forward them to yourself so you have the link. Would be much better to provide individual links to individual files, enabling one to copy and paste certain links to forward to someone else. SendThisFile used to provide that ability - not anymore.

Finalize Outlook Plugin
The Outlook plugin has been listed as a Beta (New) for a long time. I do not trust Beta software. Please fix the bugs, finalize it and release it as a plugin that we can trust.

some way to retrieve file if the notification email is accidentally deleted before retrieving
accidentally deleted the notification email, and the original file - I knew the file was still on the server - but could we get to it? Made me crazy. Other than that - love the service. Can't live w/o it.

Allow Ad Hoc paid plans for free account holders
As a free account holder sometimes I do need to send huge files to people and it would be good to allow us to just pay for those files as and when we need them. Rather then commit to a subscription plan which in most cases will be underuse.
Do consider allowing us to do that. Right now we only have a monthly/yearly subcription plan.

In "My Files" view - Allow user to see comments
I use the "MY FILES" view a lot - for tracking what I've sent to clients, billing...etc. Sometimes, I need to see the comments/message that I sent with the files, but there seems to be no way of retrieving this.
